Center for Climate Literacy Summer Institute Featured on The Educators Room
Katie Kunz, a participant in this summer’s Schools for the Planet three-day institute hosted by the Center for Climate Literacy, shared her reflections in The Educators Room. In her article, “Climate Literacy: A Powerful New Story,” she describes what she learned, experienced and has since brought into her 6th-grade classroom.
The Center for Climate Literacy is a unit of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction within the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota. Since 2022, the center has been working diligently to support educators in bringing climate literacy education to all.
