Angelica Pazurek Delivers Keynote at ARSTE Annual Conference

 

Angelica Pazurek, a Teaching Associate Professor in Learning Technologies in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction (C&I), recently delivered the keynote address at the 2024 International Conference on Advances in Social Sciences, Education, and Humanities (ICASSEH), organized by the International Society for Academic Research in Science, Technology, and Education (ARSTE). The virtual conference took place from September 20–22, 2024.

In her keynote, titled "What Do Advances in Generative AI Mean for Educational Practice and Research?", Pazurek highlighted the critical need to develop AI literacy. She discussed how generative AI is reshaping teaching, learning, and research in higher education, exploring both the opportunities and challenges brought about by these emerging technologies.
